Welcome to a very special edition of Cocktail Of The Day (because it’s always cocktail hour somewhere in the world). This week’s #COTD is one of my favourite cocktails of all time created by one of my favourite people of all time. As one of the brilliant bartenders at The Clyde Common, Beckaly Franks created the Gully Brood- a powerhouse of a cocktail that is smokey and bright and beautiful. Easy enough to make at home OR if you are lucky enough to sit at her bar one day, you can ask the mastermind herself to build one for you! Enjoy!

Recipe:
.75 oz Mezcal
.75 oz Zucca
.5 oz Fresh lime juice
.5 oz 2:1 simple syrup

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a Collins glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist. And in the words of the master herself, “Consume like a boss!”
