Cocktail Of The Day (because it’s always cocktail hour somewhere in the world). As the summer months approach, bars around the city are offering up seasonal cocktails that are bright, refreshing and delicious (obviously). So we thought we’d round up a few local summer sippers. Feel free to make them at home or head to the bar and order one for yourself!
This week’s COTD is brought to you by the fine folks at Tacofino. A rad combination of gin, mezcal, lemon and agave makes for a lovely little cocktail to enjoy all summer long.
Recipe:
1 ½ oz Beefeater Gin
1/3 oz Siete Misterios Doba Yej Mezcal
½ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Agave Nectar
3 sprigs Parsley
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Fine strain into a coupe. Garnish with a parsley sprig on a miniature clothesline pin.
